Default operational retention: quote and enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from the last relevant interaction, unless it becomes part of a contractual relationship or must be retained longer to comply with legal or contractual requirements.
5. Job applicant data
Applicant data is used to assess suitability for current or future relevant opportunities and to communicate with applicants regarding those opportunities.
Default operational retention: applicant data is retained for up to 12 months from the last update or interaction, after which it is securely deleted or destroyed unless a lawful basis requires longer retention or the applicant exercises an applicable right.
Applicants may upload a CV/resume through the Careers form and should avoid including sensitive or unnecessary personal information in the uploaded document.

- Job applicant data: up to 12 months from the last update or interaction.
- Non-contractual technical/analytics logs: up to 12 months, unless security or legal requirements justify a different period.
When data is no longer required, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized using an appropriate method intended to prevent unauthorized access or recovery.
Where data becomes part of contractual, financial, or legally required records, it may be retained for the period required by the applicable obligation.
