Submitting a Request-a-Quote form does not create a contract, reservation, or binding supply commitment.

  • Rental duration.
  • Logistics.
  • Equipment availability.
  • Commercial and technical terms in the approved quotation or contract.

Where an approved quotation, purchase order, contract, or other written agreement exists, that document governs the relevant commercial relationship.

3. Technical information

ETR aims to keep website information useful and accurate. Actual equipment and solutions may vary according to project requirements and available configurations.

Images, diagrams, and general descriptions on the website should not be treated as a guarantee of a particular model, capacity, quantity, or specification unless expressly confirmed in an approved project-specific document.

4. Pricing and availability

Unless expressly stated in a formal quotation, website information does not represent final pricing, guaranteed availability, or a binding delivery/installation schedule.

Pricing, availability, timing, and scope are confirmed separately for each project.
